Deposit Procedure
All new clients at Blanc are required to supply credit card details to secure their initial appointment. These are kept on file and the client will be charged a $100 cancellation fee in the case of a cancelled appointment within 48 hours. 

Cancellation Policy
Our appointments are precious! We require 48 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment. If you have a scheduled appointment, you will be sent an SMS reminder two days before your appointment. This reminder is a courtesy and does not remove your responsibility for keeping appointments once you have made them. Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within the 48 hour period of your appointment time will incur a $100 fee.

Please note all missed appointments will incur a $250 no show fee. Please feel free to call us on 9284 5225 with any questions regarding this.

Skin Consultations  
If you give consent to having your skin consultation before & after images used across our social media for marketing purposes, you will be entitled to a complimentary Omnilux skin treatment valued at $100. Please note the identity of the client can be kept anonymous if requested.
