Daily Gut is an all-in-one, one scoop a day habit designed to give your gut the ingredients it loves that help it to function well and be healthy (like Lactospore® probiotic, prebiotics, polyphenols, fibre and amino acids).
It's like a daily "multi-vitamin" for your gut.
How to use
Mix one tablespoon of Daily Gut (9 grams) into a glass of cold water and drink.
Can be used with all other My Way Up® products.
If you have gut issues, start with half a scoop of Daily Gut and work up to a full dose (one scoop = 9 grams) over 7 days.
No gut issues? Use a full scoop from day 1.
Kids – we recommend starting with a half dose, and working up to a full dose over 7 days.
Ingredients
Prebiotics: Sunfiber® (PHGG) 2 g, Fibergum™ (Acacia gum) 2 g.
Probiotics: Lactospore® (bacillus coagulans) 2 billion, Saccharomyces Bourlardii 1 Billion.
Polyphenols: Pomegranate extract equivalent to 2.5g (40% punicalagin, punicalin, ellagic acid), Green Tea extract (40% EGCG), Wild Bluberry extract [Bilberry] (25% anthocyanidins), Blue spirulina.
Botanicals: Aloe vera (extract equivalent to 10 g), Marshmallow root (extract equivalent to 2 g).
Amino Acids: L-glutamine 1850 mg g, L-glycine 500 mg.
Other ingredients: citric acid, natural flavour, Thaumatin fruit protein extract.
