BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT PROCEDURE 
All new clients at Blanc are required to supply credit card details to secure their initial appointment. These are kept on file and the client will be charged a $100 cancellation fee in the case of a cancelled appointment within 48 hours. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our appointments are precious! We require 48 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment. If you have a scheduled appointment, you will be sent an SMS reminder two days before your appointment. This reminder is a courtesy and does not remove your responsibility for keeping appointments once you have made them. 

Missed Cosmetic Injectable appointments will incur a $500 fee and no show  Dermal Therapy appointments will be charged the full price of the treatment.

ALL SKIN CONSULTATIONS  

If you give consent to having your skin consultation before & after images used across our social media for marketing purposes, you will be entitled to a complimentary Omnilux skin treatment valued at $100. Please note the identity of the client can be kept anonymous if requested. 

 

COVID-19 POLICY 

Due to an overwhelming number of Covid related cancellations and revised government guidelines, we have updated our cancellation policy with immediate effect. 

If you need to reschedule your appointment at short notice, we will require a copy of your positive PCR result in order for our standard policy $100 cancellation fee to be waived. 

If you are a close contact, our standard cancellation policy $100 late fee will still apply.
