HIRING: MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Our Marketing & PR Manager will develop he messaging, content and strategies that will help to grow and expand our client base in-clinic and online.

The person in this role will plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, produce content for a range of media, and manage and enhance our digital presence. They will focus directly on increasing the number of quality leads generated from all marketing sources, including digital ads, email marketing, social media and print.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full service social media management
  • Develop marketing campaigns to promote and increase customers and online sales
  • Develop high quality content across a range of digital and traditional media (including websites, social media, email marketing, video content)
  • Manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Liaise with our digital marketing agency on Google ads and SEO
  • Create informative blogs
  • Liaise with media contacts to secure features and collaborations
  • Work with the Clinic Manager to improve customer communications and the quality of new leads
  • Conduct analysis to understand and improve the performance of advertising campaigns

Essential Criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or 2 years of equivalent industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing website content, social media and email marketing
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing Facebook Ad campaigns.
  • Ability to project manage promotional marketing
  • Ability to be autonomous, proactive and plan and manage deadlines
  • Ability to plan, manage your workload and meet deadlines

Highly Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in media relations
  • Excellent research skills and understanding of skin and the beauty industry
  • Experience in creating high quality Instagram Reels and videos
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Indesign (we have an in-house graphic designer, but it’s helpful for you to know these programs too)
  • Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo

HIRING: DERMAL THERAPIST

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate dermal therapist to join our award-winning skin clinic! Working from our luxurious clinic in Cottesloe, we are looking for someone who is passionate about skin health and dedicated to achieving the very best in aesthetic skin improvement for our clients. 

This is a Part Time Dermal Therapist position, approximately 36 hours a fortnight inclusive of Saturday’s. Our Ideal candidate is a passionate and positive team player seeking a rewarding and long-term career within our clinic.

Qualifications and experience

  • Qualification in Beauty Therapy or (Dermal Therapy) or equivalent.

HIRING: LASER TECHNICIAN

We are on the hunt for a passionate Qualified Laser Technician to join us on our mission to create beautiful skin. 

The ideal candidate would be energetic, have a positive approach, be industry engaged and available to work 15-30 hours per week. Training on clinic policies and procedures will be provided. The successful applicant will have the following key responsibilities: 

  • Delivering safe, comprehensive, and effective dermal therapy in a professional and accountable manner to achieve desirable results.
  • Liaising with patients both pre and post specialist consultation and treatment.
  • Be present and directly observe the use of the laser where required for our team. Legally able to supervise and sign off on team hours. 

Skills & Experience

  • Expert knowledge in Skin Science, Dermal and Advanced Laser Treatments.
  • Highly experienced and passionate in delivering practical Advanced Dermal and Laser Therapies.
  • Superior organisational and time management skills.

Qualifications 

  • Must hold the relevant licence under the Radiation Safety Act; Superficial cosmetic procedures (vascular and pigment).
  • Legally able to exercise supervision to our team. You must be present and directly observing the use of the laser when supervising/signing off on hours.
