Operations Manager (FULL TIME)

  • Independently lead clinic operations as the operational owner of day-to-day performance and service delivery
  • Manage the whole clinic team (front-of-house and clinical) to improve workflow efficiency, service consistency, and team execution
  • Improve accountability and efficiency within the team through clear standards, performance routines, and practical process improvements
  • Own clinic capacity management to protect client experience and clinician time (without being responsible for individual patient scheduling)
  • Responsible for People and Culture, including team performance management, coaching, capability uplift, and maintaining a high-trust, high-standard culture
  • Recruit, select, onboard, and develop appropriate staff to scale the clinic and meet demand
  • Support roster planning and operational communication to ensure stability, coverage, and delivery readiness
  • Provide leadership escalation support and handle client enquiries and concerns with professionalism, calm, and discretion
  • Maintain clinic presentation, cleanliness, and premium brand standards
  • Ensure operational governance: clinic policies, procedures, and compliance practices are followed consistently
  • Liaise with brand representatives to arrange professional development opportunities for the team and support structured training pathways
  • Contribute to operational planning and growth initiatives in partnership with the owner and director
  • Drive revenue generation and operational levers that improve conversion, retention, and treatment journey outcomes
  • Own budgets and cost control across clinic operations
  • Provide full P&L accountability for clinic operational financial performance and efficiency
  • Monitor performance, identify leakage, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in financial and operational results
  • Ensure operational decisions balance quality of service, productivity, and profitability

You are an autonomous, end-to-end operations leader with a strong track record of improving systems, strengthening governance, and delivering measurable performance outcomes. You bring executive-level people leadership, can scale teams through hiring and capability uplift, and hold strong financial discipline with clear ownership of P&L.

You are commercially minded, structured, and confident making operational decisions that drive both service excellence and financial results, while maintaining a premium client experience and a respectful, accountable team culture.

  • Demonstrated experience in operations management, practice or clinic management, or senior service leadership with full operational accountability
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate the whole team end-to-end to improve workflow efficiency and service consistency
  • Strong autonomy: comfortable operating with freedom to make decisions and deliver results without close supervision
  • Track record of improving accountability, processes, governance, and operational efficiency
  • Strong people leadership capability including coaching, performance expectations, workforce capability uplift, and culture leadership
  • Proven recruitment and scaling experience: identifying capability gaps, hiring appropriately, and building team capacity
  • Financial leadership capability: revenue drivers, budgeting, cost control, and practical P&L ownership
  • Excellent communication skills and premium standards in stakeholder and client interactions
  • Evidence of independent, end-to-end accountability for operational performance in a clinic or comparable service environment
  • Proven ability to improve accountability and efficiency across teams through systems and performance routines
  • Demonstrated recruitment and workforce scaling capability
  • Strong governance and compliance mindset translated into practical clinic operations
  • Clear P&L and financial discipline experience: driving revenue, managing budgets, and controlling costs
  • People and Culture leadership capability, including performance coaching and capability development

DERMAL THERAPIST / FACIALIST

Are you Blanc's new dreamy dermal therapist? A once in a lifetime opportunity has opened up at Blanc Skin to work exclusively with world renowned French skincare Biologique-Recherche.

Working from our stunning Cottesloe clinic, this unique opportunity requires an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual with experience in the luxury beauty industry. The skin therapist will be responsible for effectively delivering bespoke treatments to our clients.

  • You will be responsible for conducting personalised consultations with clients to evaluate skin concerns and make initial recommendations for skin products and treatments.
  • Your main responsibility will be performing facial skin treatments, therefore a deep understanding of the skin is an essential requirement.
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service by carrying out professional treatments in accordance with Biologique-Recherche treatment guidelines.
  • You will have a can-do attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for your guest.
  • Be an ambassador for the center.
  • Participate in ongoing training with our brand partner Biologique-Recherche.
  • Intense training will be provided at the Biologique-Recherche center in Queensland and costs will be covered.
  • Potential opportunities for further training overseas. 
  • Minimum Diploma Beauty Therapy Qualification from nationally recognized RTO.
  • Graduate certificate in Dermal Therapy or Bachelor in Dermal Science favoured.
  • Must have strong massage experience.
  • Strong work ethic with a passion for our industry.
  • A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the team members.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed.
  • Previous experience working overseas, or onboard cruise ships would be an advantage.
